QUEST Concert Band

“With Passion, We Can Succeed” is our QTSS band motto. Quest Band believes in the joy of playing together as a band, persevering and working together to achieve our goals and spread the joy of music.

We started off with less than 30 members and have since grown steadily with double the numbers in recent years. The QTSS band has definitely come a long way and through our hard work, resilience, commitment and teamwork, we have found much success.

Our comprehensive and rigorous band programme aims to build character, resilience, teamwork and discipline in every member while guiding them to understand and apply the basic foundation of making music. We aim to enrich our students’ experience through various internal and external performances such as band exchanges with other secondary school bands.

Key Achievements

The school’s Concert Band has consistently demonstrated musical excellence, attaining the Certificate of Distinction at the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentations since 2015, including the most recent presentation.

Beyond SYF, the band has played an active role in enriching the school’s arts culture and community efforts. In 2024, Questband performed at the school’s inaugural Quest Arts Festival concert. Building on this momentum, 2026 marked a milestone year: the band organised its first-ever standalone concert, Appasionate I, and was honoured to perform at the school’s 70th Anniversary Gala Dinner.

As part of our continued commitment to community engagement, Questband will also be performing at the Quest Fiesta NDP Carnival in August 2026.
